อาหาร ไขมันทรานส์ (Trans Fat) ตอนที่1
งดอาหารที่มีไขมันทรานส์ เนื่องจากไขมันทรานส์เป็นไขมันที่เกิดจากการแปรรูป จึงย่อยสลายได้ยากกว่าไขมันชนิดอื่น ทำให้ตับต้องสลายไขมันทรานส์ด้วยวิธีการที่แตกต่างไปจากการย่อยสลายไขมันตัวอื่น จึงอาจก่อให้เกิดสภาวะที่ผิดปกติกับร่างกาย คือ จะทำให้ร่างกายมีน้ำหนักและไขมันส่วนเกินเพิ่มมากขึ้น มีภาวะการทำงานของตับที่ผิดปกติ มีความเสี่ยงสูงที่จะป่วยเป็นโรคหัวใจ โรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจตีบ โรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรคเบาหวาน และโรคไขมันอุดตันในเส้นเลือด และเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งของโรคศรีษะล้านจากพันธุกรรม โดยความเสี่ยงที่กล่าวมานี้ ล้วนเป็นผลจากงานวิจัยหลายชิ้นที่ศึกษาถึงเรื่องไขมันทรานส์
จากการสำรวจในสหรัฐฯพบว่า อาหารที่พบมีไขมันทรานส์สูงที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก
ได้แก่ [ ต่อหน่วย Servings / Sv = ส่วนบริโภค / จำนวนเสิร์ฟ)
(1). ปอปคอร์น (แบบใส่ในไมโครเวฟ) > 4-5 กรัม/เสิร์ฟ(2). คุกกี้-แครกเกอร์ (crackers = ขนมปังแข็ง ขนมปังกรอบ) > 3.5 กรัม/เสิร์ฟ(3). แป้งขนมปังผสมสำเร็จ (dough), พายกรอบ > 2-3 กรัม/เสิร์ฟ(4). เนยเทียม > 2 กรัม/เสิร์ฟ(5). คอฟฟี่เมต-ครีมเทียม > 0.1-0.7 กรัม/เสิร์ฟ
ไขมันทรานส์พบมากในอาหารสำเร็จรูปต่างๆ เช่น คุกกี้ มันฝรั่งทอด และ ขนมขบเคี้ยว สังเกตดูว่า อาหารเหล่านั้นมักไม่เน่าเสีย มักไม่มีกลิ่นหืน และมักกรอบอร่อยทุกครั้งที่เราเปิดถุงรับประทาน ซึ่งทั้งหมดเป็นไปได้จากการใช้ไขมันทรานส์ เพราะด้วยคุณสมบัติอย่างที่กล่าวมาแล้วทั้งหมด แถมยังราคาถูกกว่าน้ำมันปกติ โดยเฉพาะในกิจการขายของทอดอมน้ำมัน เช่น ไก่ทอด โดนัท ลูกชิ้นทอด ปาท่องโก๋ อาหารทั้งของไทยและต่างชาติ

My research and investigation of hair loss
According to numerous studies worldwide, hair
loss has been proven a part of a clinically autoimmune disease, or human
immunity-associated disease, namely; human system as function protecting us
from dangerous diseases becomes a leading cause of hair loss. The negative response
to the pores can be seen with the microscopic images. The white blood cells of
the body have been affected including the pores. The concentration of abnormality
in follicles leads to a disruption of hair cells and stop growing, resulted in
the failure of tissue cells, the formation of T-cell, antibodies, and so on. As
hair loss occurs in the human defense mechanisms, hair cells stop growing (inactivates),
which can be seen clearly in the microscope images below; some hair roots are apparently
covered with white blood cell.
As shown in Figure, hair follicles are
surrounded by black spots; lymphocyte is a type of white blood cells. It’s
observed that those people who have been affected may have the smooth scalp from
hair follicles and the hair emerged from the skin is covered with thick
membrane. With the smooth scalp, this makes it difficult for conventional
treatment. Figure B and C shows unnoticeable hair follicles, and lastly, Figure
D represents the magnifying view of the systematic hair follicles.

Both images above represent the follicles and
hair root cells of those who have been affected by hair loss, surrounded by
white blood cells and fat cells. They both are common in the similar point; the
magnification is to view clearly the white blood cells in which hair follicles
are swallowed; that resulted in the completely disability of the follicles. As time
has gone by, this becomes a thick membrane and treatment in the process is likely
to be ineffective. The figure below shows hair follicles with hair loss for
long time.
As shown in two images above – the membranes
(at the top and bottom of the follicles) are closed and somewhat thicker than
the previous image. The pores become prominent and the scalp has flat and thick
membrane physically, resulted that the patients have not been responsive to any
treatments in which thick membrane is laid.
Treatment – the drugs used are proven to be
ineffective compared to those untreated patients. At the initial phase of hair
loss, most patients are likely to be hopeful with hair growth without awareness
of sufficient condition, this is worse when time passes by.

Suspend antibodies and others in the
follicles, stop the accumulation of fat in the body caused by steroid hormones,
and get rid of the accumulated fat.

Causes
of hair loss
Hair
loss is caused by 5-Alpha reductase enzyme reacting with testosterone secreted
from the prostate and steroid hormones. Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a leading cause
of the fat accumulated on head skin and sebaceous glands attached to hair follicles.
DHT stimulates the enlargement of sebaceous glands and fat accumulation,
resulted in the clogged capillaries nourishing the follicles and the blood
carrying less nutrients and oxygen to cells. In addition, the fat inhibits the normal
hair formation process and resulted that new hair replacing old hair becomes
smaller and smaller, and eventually leading to hair loss and baldness and just
the vellus hair is left.

treatment approach
1. Reductase
is inhibited by drug (MK-906, Proscar and Propecia, synthetic drug used to
treat prostate cancer and male pattern baldness (MPB), Type II. Reductase enzyme achieves the transformation
of the testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
2. Minoxidil
is a vasodilator which is responsible for dilating blood vessels and opening
potassium channels that allow more oxygen to blood and nutrients to the hair
follicles. This can cause pores in Telogen phase, which is secreted and then
replaced by new thicker hairs in Anagen phase. Minoxidil is an antihypertensive
drug and dilating blood vessel. It is composed of the nitric oxide.
Minoxidil
is less effective with a presence of the large areas of hair loss. In addition,
the effectiveness is largely demonstrated in younger men whose experience of hair
loss is less than 5 years.
3. Follicular

fat (oil) glands, nerves, small muscles, and sometimes vellus.
